Graphically pleasing, with rich historical accuracy, Black Ops is a step ahead of other games of its kind. Black Ops go beyond the normal standards of entertainment provided by video games which are based around wars.
The most recent expansions in the game, has been the addition of creatures everybody loves to hate, making them extremely satisfactory to kill off. Upon reaching a certain level you will realize that zombies have invaded most parts of Germany, the Pacific, United States of America and the Soviet Union, and you have to kill them. Combining history with fantasy was an enlightened move on the creator?s part, as it is an engrossing form of entertainment for true zombie fans.
Imagine the horror when you realize that these aren?t just your average versions of the walking dead. They used to be Nazis when they had lived amongst humans. You would be given different map packs where the zombie epidemic has broken out and your mission would be to wipe these zombies off the face of the earth before they get a chance to feast on human brains.
These maps are called Five, Kino der Toten (theatre of the dead), Ascension, Call of the Dead, Shangri-La and moon. The map entitled Rezurrection is made up entirely of zombies. Accessing these maps at different levels will give you access to different characters and weapons along with new legions of enemies that you would have to fight off. For example, Space Monkeys were introduced as the new enemy in the Ascension map. The addition of zombies has been positively received by fans of Call of Duty, citing it as an excellent alternative to the multiplayer mode, along with favorably comparing it to one of the best zombie games of all time, Black Ops predecessor, World at War.
